Chris first discovered TFT through his wife, who had treatment for some traumatic experiences earlier in her life.
His wife changed so dramatically and quickly and so much for the better that he just had to find out more about TFT.
Chris went for treatment himself some months later and found the that TFT had made fundamental shifts that made it so much easier to live life to the full and not be weighed down by the "Emotional Baggage" that so many of us carry with us.
He has since been trained in the use of Thought Field Therapy (TFT) with both Dr. Roger Callahan, founder and developer of Callahan Techniques® Thought Field Therapy and with Kevin Laye in London and has been helping people ever since.
TFT works very quickly indeed and most people only need one session with a qualified TFT therapist.
Although it can seem expensive, when compared to dozens of sessions with counsellors and other therapists, it's amazingly good value!
